Payment:  Once your media arrives at our door we will review your order form and verify all materials have arrived. You will receive an email confirming your order was received with a notice for payment using PayPal. The link is located below. You can pay us using all four major credit or debit cards, your bank account, or your PayPal account. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders, personal & company checks. Orders do not ship until funds are received and cleared.

Normally allow 7-14 business working days for completion - subject to change during high-volume holiday seasons.

Delivery: We ship both your original media and completed order back to you with an email containing the name of the shipping courier. We normally use US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless other methods have been pre-arranged.

Safeguards: We keep a digital copy of your original materials on our video system for 14 days from the date your order is shipped. This allows us to make an additional digital copy of your original order, if more copies are needed or in case your media becomes damaged or lost during shipment. After 14 days your digital copies are deleted from our systems.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the anyone else. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
